Welcome to the Raven’s Wing Bed and Breakfast Ely, MN Lodging located in beautiful Northern Minnesota at “the end of the road."  We are located 20 miles south of the Canadian border in an area of beautiful forests, lakes, and streams.  Stay in one of Raven's Wing B&B's newly remodeled spacious private suites.  Enjoy a continental breakfast each morning (on your schedule) at the table in your private kitchen or dine outdoors on your porch or the patio among our extensive flower gardens. 

Ely is known as the gateway to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area and offers unlimited outdoor recreation in summer and winter. Our Blueberry Festival, held the last weekend in July, brings hundreds of visitors to shop at the artists' booths, eat great truck food, and listen to live music.  September brings our Autumn Harvest Moon Festival, also a great weekend for shopping and enjoying fun foods in the park. There is also a full marathon run in September. February in Ely is time for our Winter Festival with snow carvings in the park, an art walk featuring local artists' works displayed in all the downtown shop windows, fun events like the Ely Film Festival, snowshoe outings, and much more.

Winter has officially arrived in Ely

We got our first major snow last week with six or more inches of beautiful white powder covering the ground.  Since then we have gotten another inch every few days to keep it white and bright.  Ely went from a warm late fall to instant winter so fast it caught many of us by surprise.  So now it is time to think holidays, special winter events, and outdoor recreation in a winter...

Time for Lovely Fall Weather

Now that summer is ending, come cool nights, warm sunny days and not too many bugs, we are officially into fall.  Soon leaves will be turning golden.  It is a realy great time to visit Ely.

The Harvest Moon Festival September 5th through 7th with crafts and arts vendors and food trucks is coming.  The Chamber of Commerce says that this year's festival has more vendors...
